I worked as the sole employee on a private service floor of RN74. The floor was private for residents of the Milennium Tower. We provided full restaurant service in a lounge setting, in addition to a small formal dining space. Within the space I served the role of server, bartender, sommelier, and Maitre d. It was an incredible demanding space, requiring exceptional knowledge of wine, spirits, and food, as well as time management and hospitality skills.
