His personal brand of jovial yet exacting service has evolved through managing diverse concepts from fast casual to fine dining. He is a Master Sommelier Candidate. He’s now consulting through his company Kidstuff Hospitality, recruiting with Culinary Conservatory, Co-hosting the podcast You’re Gonna Need a Bigger Bottle, and social media marketing with a group of professionals called Sommation Live. He’s always excited to continue finding new ways to impact the wine and hospitality business.
