Beki is an Advanced Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers and has won a number of prestigious competitions she is currently working as a sommelier at the Michelin starred restaurant with a prestigious Wine Spectator Grand Award wine list.

Having worked as Head Sommelier at the world-class restaurant group Hakkasan and Wine Director for Alexander's Steakhouse, David is currently working as an Estate Ambassador for Palmaz Vineyards in the Coombsville AVA of Napa Valley
