Mark Guillaudeu is a Master Sommelier and sommelier at Eleven Madison Park in New York, with previous experience at Wrigley Mansion in Phoenix and Commis in Oakland. He earned his Master Sommelier diploma in September 2023 and was named one of Food & Wine’s Best New Sommeliers in 2019.

Mark won the Best USA Sommelier competition in 2022, placed sixth at the Best Sommelier of the Americas competition that year, and finished fifteenth at the Best Sommelier of the World competition in 2023.

As a judge at the Sommeliers Choice Awards, Mark brings extensive wine knowledge, international competition experience and a fine-dining perspective to evaluating wines for restaurant wine lists.
