Nueva Valverde Wineries is located in the foothills of the Sierra de Gredos in the Villa del Prado region of Madrid. The vineyards in this area are located on the slopes near the easternmost sector of the Sierra de Gredos, as well as on the floodplains of the Alberche River. This sub-area of San Martín de Valdeiglesias is recognized by the Regulatory Council of the Community of Madrid as a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO).
