Prima Pavé is the brainchild of Dejou and Marco Marano, Certified Specialists of Wine, with a combined 150 years of family wine heritage in California and Italy. An aficionado of sparkling, Dejou conceived the idea for Prima Pavé while pregnant with their first baby. Searching for an alcohol-free wine festive enough to toast this significant moment in her life, she realized there were few options offering sophistication, complexity and food-friendly flavors. 

Fine wines first and foremost, our winemaking process begins with hand-selected grapes from Friuli and Abruzzo. From these expressive Italian varietals, we create our rare wine blends, each expressing these two unique and contrasting terroirs of Northern and Central Italy. Each fine wine blend is then dealcoholized via our proprietary, low intervention reverse osmosis filtration process to achieve 0.0% abv.
