Phoenix Dai is currently the Sommelier at Valle Restaurant in Oceanside(Michelin Guide). She graduated from Bachelor of Viticulture and Enology major at UCDavis in December 2021. She has experienced three harvests,one in New Zealand and two in Napa including Domaine Chandon and Beringer Vineyards before stepping into the sommelier industry. She got WSET level three pass with distinction and she will graduate from WSET level 4 soon!
