Brandon Tebbe, MS

Master Sommelier and Head Sommelier, Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, Las Vegas

My passion is food, wine, and hospitality. For over two decades I have worked in both the FOH and BOH in restaurants from casual to Five Star Five Diamond restaurants, working with every cuisine from European to South American and Japanese. I found my love for wine, spirts, and beer in 2006 and began to focus my education and career in the beverage world. I passed the Master Sommelier exam on my first attempt in 2011 and now pursue the Masters of Wine Diploma, in which I am currently a Stage 2 student.

Loving all beverages I have also studied spirts (Certified Spirits Specialist, SWE), Sake (Advanced Sake Professional, SEC), and beer (Certified Beer Server, Cicerone). I also hold the WSET Advanced with Merit, International Sommelier Guild Lvl 1&2, Certified Sherry Wine Expert, Italian Wine Ambassador with VinItaly International, among others. I have extensive experience writing, budgeting, and building wine and beverage programs, as well as maintaining, purchasing, and inventory control. Education is a key focus for me, and I have successfully created and executed both consumer and employee beverage training and education programs.
