My name is Francesco Angiolini, I am the Assistant Food and Beverage Menager of the Trump International Hotel & Tower. I recently moved to Chicago, after many years of experiences around Europe, between Italy, United Kingdom and Spain. I oversee the Food and Beverage department of the Trump Hotel, taking care especially of the Wine programm. I became a Sommelier when I was 21 years old, it all happened for fun, but then when I started to understand about wines, how beautiful is the making process and what product you can get from it, I really felt in love with wines.

I had my first experience as Sommelier in one of the Best restaurant in London, Petrús by Gordon Ramsay. After I lived in London for more than 1 year, I decided to move to Spain working as Head Sommelier first in Ibiza at the 5 Stars Hotel OKU and then in Tenerife for the fine dining restaurant Kensei, finding some beautiful working challenges in those islands. I am a person very devoted to his job, trying always to be focused on my daily goals. My next goal is gonna be opening my own business, a restaurant, I believe that when a person is really in love with what he/she does, there is no excuse at least for trying to open something that is your, a restaurant that belongs to you.
