Kristin Francesco began her career in the hospitality industry while still in high school, serving at a local retirement center in her hometown of Park Ridge. She attended Loyola University, where she initially pursued special education but continued to gain hands-on experience as a server at various campus establishments. After earning her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2014, Kristin's passion for food and beverage prompted her to explore global culinary landscapes.

An eye-opening trip to Paris and Burgundy in 2017 solidified her dedication to wine, marking the beginning of a new stage in her career. Kristin joined Lettuce Entertain You that same year and has since grown with the company in roles ranging from Cellar Assistant to Wine Director at establishments like RPM Steak and Bar Ramone. Now, as a Sommelier at RPM Seafood and RPM Steak, she continues to share her expertise and passion for wine with guests.
