Born and raised in the Champagne region of France, I’m a sommelier with a deep love for wine and a curious spirit. Currently working at a 3-Michelin-star restaurant in San Francisco, I’m always eager to learn more about different producers and wine regions. I enjoy visiting wineries, meeting winemakers, and sharing the fun and interesting stories behind each bottle with our guests, making the world of wine more accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
