I have spent nearly 13 years at Hogsalt, one of Chicago's most celebrated multi-concept restaurant groups, building beverage programs, developing leaders, and helping grow a company I am deeply proud of. My career has taken me from opening server to Executive Beverage Director, across concepts in Chicago, New York, Las Vegas, and Paris.

I am passionate about creating guest experiences that feel genuine, personal, and memorable. The details matter to me, the quality of what is in the glass, the knowledge of the person serving it, the feeling a guest leaves with. Getting the business side right creates the space to focus on exactly that.

Investing in the people around me is the part of this work I find most meaningful. I believe in meeting people where they are, understanding what drives them, and supporting their growth in a way that is specific to them. When a team feels genuinely invested in, it shows in every guest interaction.

I am a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers with deep experience in beverage program development, cellar operations, multi-concept financial management, and restaurant openings across multiple markets.
