In 1925, Rutini Wines became the first winery to plant vineyards in the Uco Valley, today recognized worldwide as one of the main wine regions of Mendoza and Argentina. In 1885 Felipe Rutini founded Bodega La Rural in Coquimbito, Maipú, and marked the evolution of the winery until its wines became synonymous with the highest quality. Following its innovative spirit, around 1925 the winery began planting vineyards in the Uco Valley. From these pioneering plantations, the region has been consolidating as one of Mendoza’s main winegrowing centers. In line with the founder’s desire to excel and excel, in 2008 the construction of the Rutini Wines plant in Tupungato began. The Felipe Rutini, Antología, Apartado, Single Vineyard, Dominio, Colección Rutini, Encuentro and Trumpeter lines are currently produced there. These farms are at an altitude between 1,050 and 1,200 meters above sea level.
