Located in Entrecasteaux, in the heart of the appellation “Côtes de Provence” , the Clos de Caille is a certified organic wine estate whose limited production focuses on Excellence.

Founded in the 12th century by the Cistercian monks of Thoronet Abbey, who simultaneously built Cîteaux Abbey in Burgundy, the men cultivated vineyards on this land throughout the centuries.

Since the 2021 vintage, Clos de Caille has been reborn under the impetus of the Mariotti family, who strive daily to reveal the generosity of this unique terroir through their hard work.

Over the centuries, the geological complexity of our clay-limestone soils, crossed by a limestone vein, combined with a Mediterranean microclimate marked by significant temperature variations at 200 metres above sea level, has endowed this exceptional terroir with optimal conditions for producing eminent wines.
