Sommeliers Choice Awards is eager to introduce Master Sommelier Elyse Lambert as a judge at the 2025 event, set to happen in Chicago on May 19, 2025.

Educated in hotel management from the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec in 1998 and acquiring a professional certification for sommeliers from École Hôtelière des Laurentides in 1999, Elyse Lambert MS brings to the judging panel her extensive expertise that comes from working in the hospitality industry for more than two and a half decades. 

She has worked in some of Canada’s well-known establishments like Relais & Châteaux, L’Eau à la Bouche, Le St James and more.

Throughout the span of her career, Elyse Lambert MS has constantly proven to be a phenomenal talent with many achievements under her name. She was named the best sommelier in the Americas in 2009, the best in Canada in 2015 and positioned as the fifth best in the world in 2016. 

She prides herself on being the second Canadian woman to earn the Master Sommelier title from the prestigious Court of Master Sommeliers. She is also the first person from Quebec and fourth in Canada ever to be given this recognition in 2015.

With such remarkable accomplishments, it is a guarantee that her participation as a judge in the 2025 Sommeliers Choice Awards will elevate the prestige and credibility of the competition.
