Belonging to the Matton-Farnet family for 80 years, Château Minuty is a family-run wine estate located in southern France’s Provence region, overlooking the Saint-Tropez peninsula.

IN 1955 Chateau Minuty was one of the 23 estates to be certified as a "Cru Classe" or "Vintage Class" of Votes De Provenance Wines
The grapes are harvested by hand. De-stemming and crushing are followed by cooling and inert gas injection. Free-run juices are selected. Alcoholic fermentation at 14°C.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Pale with translucent reflections
Nose: Sharp notes of citrus fruit and white flowers
Palate: Complex with an exceptional freshness and finesse offering notes of pink grapefruit and white peach.
Food & wine pairing: Aperitifs, seafood, bouillabaisse, Asian food, sushi, strawberry and basil salad.
Grapes Varieties used: Grenache, Tibouren
Soil/Climate: Cultivated using sustainable agriculture methods, the vineyard thrives in a coastal area with southwest exposure on soils composed of mica shist.
Anticipating the growing demand for Provence Rosés, in 1995 the Matton family created Minuty S.A.S, which aims to effectively market its Estate wines as well as wines made under the Minuty name from sourced merchant vineyards.
