Christine Prentice

Sommelier at CanDrink

Working for many years as the goddess of wine for Teatro Zinzanni in Seattle, Christine upped her game in wine and obtained a sommelier diploma from the International Sommelier Guild, passed the WSET level 3 and is looking forward to finishing WSET level 4 diploma.

This eventually led her to becoming the wine director for the Purple Café and Wine Bar. With the quick growth of the Heavy Restaurant Group, she was given the title of director of liquids and oversaw four wine bars and other concepts wine, beer, coffee, tea and spirits program. Christine was also the managing partner/ owner of the infamous cocktail bar Cantina in Union Square, San Francisco. Now full time in the bay area, Christine works as a beverage consultant, as well as a sommelier and estate luxury experiences host for Jordan Vineyard and Winery.
