I believe every step we take in the restaurant is important and leads up to the experience for every guest and member. Working in a country club has brought on a new level of experience as I have the opportunity to interact with a lot of the same people, with different levels of wine knowledge, regularly. This has helped me as both a sommelier and experience creator by increasing my wine knowledge, and allowing me to select bottles that the member will like but might not have chosen for themself.
